On March 2-5 of 2016, Rosen's versatile ability to manifest the right production on the right piece of land was proven with the launch of Okeechobee Music and Arts Festival. The 4 day festival on Rosen's 800 acre Sunshine Grove drew in a crowd of approximately 30,000 bodies to the county, the largest audience this territory has seen in recent memory.
