A High End Residential Community.
Rosen Associates developed Tiller Walk, a high-end residential community located on Mount Vernon Highway in the North Buckhead vicinity of Atlanta, Georgia. Rosen re-zoned, master planned, and developed the housing development. This includes site design, civil engineering, permitting, construction, and implementation of a sales/marketing plan.
The approximate eighty-acre site was transformed into a luxury subdivision consisting of seventy-two one-acre lots. Tiller Walk features homes selling in excess of 3 million dollars.
