Woodhaven Village Square
55 Acres Revitalized into Retail Hub.
The Woodhaven Village Square, a fifty-five acre brownfield site, originally existing as a “tank farm”, was decommissioned and developed by Rosen, working closely with Exxon/Mobil. Rosen Associates orchestrated a baseline environmental assessment, obtained state and federal DEP permits, and effected local roadway improvements. This contaminated site was remediated in coordination with Exxon/Mobil and put back into productivity as a 450,000 square foot development with retailers such as Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Office Depot, PetSmart, as well as several other nationally recognized restaurants and retailers.
